Known also as SLA technology, it is a non-contact process used to describe the automated manufacturing of parts or prototypes in almost any size and shape.

Without using tools, a laser beam polymerises a liquid monomer and creates a fully solid three-dimensional volume model. This technology combines laser technology, optical scanning, polymer-chemistry, precision mechanics and computer applications in a new generation of manufacturing processes.
