With our in-house developed and manufactured 3D printers, we can produce components with a large overall height and very thin walls.

As a technology demonstrator in our video, you can see the production of a pen holder: 120mm height @ 0.3mm wall thickness.

We are pleased about the successful introduction of the first automation cell in our injection molding department.

With our new linear robot, we can now automatically remove injection-molded parts and, if necessary, post-process them with further automated processing steps (for example removing the sprue).

We can offer this even for medium batch sizes or on customer request.

Our customers and ourselves benefit from the improved cost-effectiveness and the consistent quality of the parts.
