Stereolithography

In order to achieve an insight into the virtual product designed on the computer using 3D data, a solid model is produced.

At KL TECHNIK we use the RP process called Stereolithography (SLA) whereby a plastic photomonomer is exposed to an UV laser which solidifies into a given model. This master model can be used to produce casting moulds (see Vacuum Casting). Furthermore, we have a selection of diverse resins available for you to choose from (see our SLA-Resin list).
